REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales Excellence: Prior experience in independent sales, B2B sales, or the health and wellness industry is preferred.
  • Product Passion: A strong interest in microbiome health, nutrition, or biotechnology is a significant plus; must be eager to learn the science behind Bravo products.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability in persuasive communication, relationship-building, and consultative closing techniques.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Financial Literacy: Basic math and business acumen to calculate pricing, order volumes, discounts, and potential profit margins for wholesale clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Business Growth: Actively prospect and engage with potential clients (wellness centers, health practitioners, retail accounts, or direct consumers) to introduce and sell the Bravo Microbiome Restoration product line.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a deep understanding of our pre-pro-postbiotic formulations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate health solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Upselling & Revenue Generation: Leverage strong communication skills to upsell complementary products, maximizing both company revenue and your own commission potential.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, local wellness events, or partnership channels to expand brand visibility.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer pipeline, and revenue goals to optimize your daily operations.
