Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience, 1 year preferred, of industry experience or equivalent
- Degree related or equivalent education
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and communicate Managed IT services and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to exceed targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools (experience with Freshsales CRM and Quoter is a plus)
- Familiarity with Managed IT services, Microsoft 365, device management, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and engage with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and present tailored solutions
- Create and deliver proposals for managed services, projects, and licensing
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing
- Identify and develop business opportunities with existing customers
- Present Colletti Tech’s services, focusing on managed IT solutions, cybersecurity, and cloud offerings
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activities and opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
