Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, or operations support preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and data entry tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace required.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or behavioral health support environments.
- Familiarity with customer support software, EHR systems, or workflow management platforms.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and monitor customer and client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries regarding orders, account updates, billing, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order issues and ensure timely completion.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers and team members.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative support tasks.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies when applicable.
- Support remote operational workflows and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
