Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, or operations support preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and data entry tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace required.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or behavioral health support environments.
  • Familiarity with customer support software, EHR systems, or workflow management platforms.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and monitor customer and client orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding orders, account updates, billing, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order issues and ensure timely completion.
  • Track order status and provide updates to customers and team members.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative support tasks.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies when applicable.
  • Support remote operational workflows and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
