Operations Manager – Protective Coatings and Concrete Repair

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Male, 45 years old or below
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3. Strong technical expertise in surface preparation, epoxy/polyurethane systems, and structural concrete repair
4. Proven experience managing multiple project teams and coordinating field operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review the SOW, estimations, drawings, specifications, and BOQ and define project objectives and requirements. Develop project plans, timelines, target budgets, QAQC documents, histograms, manpower allocation, etc.
2. Implement, schedule, and perform regular inspections of equipment and tools and maintain tracking records.
3. Act as a technical and operational point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Facilitate issue resolution, change management, and technical clarifications.
4. Forecast and obtain work/access permits from appropriate authorities through the project’s coordinator.
