REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the catering business to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution of services.
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring productivity, proper training, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact with marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand direction.
- Monitor and support marketing activities, providing operational input and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement operational processes and improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare regular reports for management, including performance, operational updates, and key metrics.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making through insights and operational data.
