Operations/Data Entry Associate
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, data organization)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
- Experience with CRM systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with IT staffing or consulting environments
- Basic understanding of data reporting or data analysis concepts
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and client platforms
- Validate, audit, and reconcile datasets to ensure consistency and integrity
- Generate and maintain operational reports using Excel and other reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting, Operations, and Client Services
- Support workflow tracking, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with onboarding documentation and data management for client projects
