REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute (WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Office Suite and Workspace tools, with experience in data management software a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and online systems, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and verify data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our data management processes.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care, adhering to NETLI’s strict data protection policies.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
