Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination
Background in family office, professional services, consultancy, or investment firm preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with limited structure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
Available to work on-site in Dubai
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support across the family office
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for senior stakeholders
Manage documents, records, and internal trackers with accuracy
Support ad hoc projects and requests from decision-makers
Liaise with external service providers and counterparties
Ensure follow-ups and workflows are completed on time
Bring structure and order to ongoing operational processes
