REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to details required
- Excellent computer skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of authority with internal and external customers required
- GED or high school diploma
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist multiple office branches with questions during business hours and after hours including overnight
- Assist clients in the event of a call out
- Manage tasks of input of schedules for any schedule changes that might occur on the weekend
- Communicate with on call clinician with any clinical questions after hours
- Assist the staffing coordinators in maintaining a current awareness of the abilities and limitations of each field/external staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor
- Work under the guidance of the staffing coordinators to learn/perform cost containment, and use of staff within guidelines
- Work with the staffing coordinator to learn to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions
- Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships
- Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters
- Follow and promote the Compliance Plan
- Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to the procedures of Team Select
- Perform all other job tasks as assigned
