REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details required
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of authority with internal and external customers required
  • GED or high school diploma

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist multiple office branches with questions during business hours and after hours including overnight
  • Assist clients in the event of a call out
  • Manage tasks of input of schedules for any schedule changes that might occur on the weekend
  • Communicate with on call clinician with any clinical questions after hours
  • Assist the staffing coordinators in maintaining a current awareness of the abilities and limitations of each field/external staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor
  • Work under the guidance of the staffing coordinators to learn/perform cost containment, and use of staff within guidelines
  • Work with the staffing coordinator to learn to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions
  • Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters
  • Follow and promote the Compliance Plan
  • Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to the procedures of Team Select
  • Perform all other job tasks as assigned
