Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of English and Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience: Office Boy – 1 year (preferred)
- Language Requirements: English & Hindi/Urdu (preferred)
- Relocation: Must be able to commute reliably or relocate to Dubai prior to starting
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including pantry areas
- Organize, restock, and manage kitchen supplies and office materials
- Operate and maintain office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
- Manage filing, photocopying, and basic documentation tasks
- Support administrative staff with routine office duties
- Ensure a clean, orderly, and well-presented work environment at all times
