REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA
- Courses in Project Management / FP&A / Revenue Management / Corporate Strategy
- 2–5 years in cross-functional project management, revenue operations, or business planning roles in large-scale organizations
Skills & Competencies
- Financial modelling, P&L, Cash flow
- Advanced MS Excel (modeling, dashboards, automation)
- MIS reporting for C-Suite / Founder’s Office
- Stakeholder management across functions
- Project management & cross-functional coordination
- Data-driven decision making
- High-pressure environment adaptability
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue strategy & growth initiatives
- Revenue forecasting & variance analysis
- Sophisticated financial modeling
- Annual budgets, 5YPs & long-term plans
- Real-estate project management
- Automated dashboards & digital reporting
