HR & Admin Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM Software, and government portals (Dubai Trade, Jafza, NIP, etc)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- High Degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as “RELIEVER” for other Admins during absences
- Attend the reception area/landline only during the lunchbreak and leave / absence of the “Main Reception Admin”.
- Manage & update employee database and records
- Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and HR onboarding documents
- Prepare employee’s offboarding documents.
- Process all visa-related applications, such as but not limited to: Entry Permit, Change status, Medical, Emirates ID Application, Contract attestation, cancellation, exit papers etc.
- Process medical & workmen’s compensation insurance.
- Assist employees with HR policy-related questions
- General administrative support for the daily HR/Admin Operations
- Manage and file employee annual leaves
- Process RTA renewals (Vehicle/Advertisment)
