REQUIREMENTS

• Associate-level professional experience in operations, administrative support, data entry, hospitality, foodservice, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and thrive in an asynchronous work environment
• Reliable, process-oriented, and comfortable following structured workflows
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable learning and navigating proprietary systems and internal tools
• Basic familiarity with catering, foodservice, restaurant menus, or hospitality operations is preferred
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry systems, and administrative tools is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and input recurring client catering menus into our client’s proprietary platform based on specifications provided by Client Success Managers
• Accurately translate client preferences, dietary requirements, vendor selections, and budget parameters into menu builds
• Follow established workflows and timelines to ensure menus are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Partner closely with Client Success Managers to support menu review and finalization before menus go live
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all menu entries and updates
• Manage multiple menu projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to clarify missing information or resolve discrepancies
• Support operational efficiency by ensuring menus are organized, standardized, and client-ready
• Contribute to continuous improvement of menu-building processes and documentation
