Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure
- A degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field
- Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
- Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems
- A solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, ATT)
- The ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
- A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or Python
- A background in computer science or quantitative disciplines
- Familiarity with automating reports or bid strategies
- An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
- Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently
- Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust
- Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking
- Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges
- Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights
- Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results
- Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution
