Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of marketing experience with a strong preference for B2B or SME-focused roles
- Proven ability to run digital campaigns independently across paid and organic channels
- Strong copywriting skills – able to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging messaging
- Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to make decisions
- UAE or GCC market experience preferred
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
- Fluent in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels targeting UAE SMEs
- Create compelling content tailored to business owners and decision-makers – including social posts, email newsletters, blogs, and ads
- Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with a focus on lead generation
- Build and maintain our email marketing and CRM pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activity with revenue targets
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data
- Identify partnership and co-marketing opportunities with SME-focused communities and associations
- Support brand awareness initiatives across the UAE market
