• Self-motivated and reliable
• Organized and able to follow simple systems
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage individuals who may be interested in life insurance coverage
• Conduct outreach via social media, referrals, community contacts, and approved marketing channels
• Qualify interested individuals and collect basic contact information
• Schedule appointments or pass warm leads to the licensed agent
• Maintain basic records of outreach and lead activity
• Represent the business professionally and ethically at all times
