REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively present products and close deals.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations with ease.
• Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
• Competence in sales administration, including documentation, CRM management, and follow-up procedures.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques for outreach campaigns.
• Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while collaborating effectively with team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community engagement.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis skills, then recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure sales agreements.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and following up on policy renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to protect client information.
