REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop positive client relationships

- Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (no experience required)

- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or via virtual platforms (Zoom, etc.)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and CRM systems
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Work with exclusive, high-intent leads — no cold calling or door knocking required
- Meet with clients virtually or by phone to understand their financial protection needs
- Recommend the best life insurance solutions based on each client’s goals and budget
- Guide clients through a simple, smooth, and stress-free application process
- Educate clients on coverage options so they can make confident financial decisions
- Follow a proven sales system with step-by-step training, mentorship, and ongoing support
- Set your own schedule while managing your pipeline and income potential
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, carrier updates, and industry best practices
- Help families secure long-term financial protection while building a rewarding career for yourself
