Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Multilingual abilities with fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or online environment.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or recommend products/services when appropriate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
  • Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and outbound calling techniques.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide solutions promptly.
  • Experience with cash handling or transaction processing is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining focus during high-volume interactions. 

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, account issues, and technical support.
  • Provide multilingual support to accommodate a diverse client base, including bilingual assistance in English and other languages.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately, updating customer records and transaction details in our systems.
  • Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
