Lead Product Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-6 years of experience managing complex SaaS solutions
- Strong systems thinking mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than just features
- An AI-first approach to product development and user experience
- Technical fluency in discussing APIs, edge cases, and failure modes
- Deep expertise in UX principles for SaaS platforms
- Commercial acumen regarding billing logic, packaging, and revenue drivers
- Experience with hosting, domains, reseller ecosystems, or tools like WHMCS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the core platform including billing, payments, subscriptions, provisioning, APIs, and internal tools
- Manage the experience layer across the reseller panel, end-customer panel, and integrations like WHMCS
- Build AI-led experiences to automate tasks, guide users, and optimize upselling
- Simplify complex workflows involving domains, DNS, email, and SSL
- Drive conversion and monetization improvements across checkout, renewals, and add-ons
- Partner closely with engineering, design, commercial, and support teams to reduce support friction
