Junior Sales Associate (Technical)

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Diploma in Structural / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
– At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, technical sales, or related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluency in English language is a must. Knowledge in Arabic and/or Hindi language will be an added advantage.
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Team-oriented and proactive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Support in follow-up of ongoing offers and tracking of project progress.
– Handle client communication professionally and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
– Assist in marketing activities such as cold calls, preparing brochures, presentations, and social media updates.
– Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and project proposals.
– Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation.
– Maintain and update client databases, project records, and sales reports.
– Prepare and organize sales-related documents, presentations, and reports.
