JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

* 3-6 years of experience in venture capital, private credit, private equity, or investment banking
* Strong understanding of debt structures, credit analysis, and startup financial dynamics
* Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
* Clear, concise communication, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Familiarity with legal documentation for deal transactions

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Co-lead and close investment deals, including overseeing the drafting of the legal documents and aligning with the target company about the deal terms
* Source and evaluate investment opportunities across different sectors, mainly within MENA geographies
* Conduct detailed financial, operational, and market due diligence
* Build and analyze financial models to assess credit risk and repayment capacity
* Draft investment memoranda and participate in Investment Committee discussions
* Negotiate and structure term sheets and agreements in collaboration with legal counsel
* Monitor portfolio performance and support relationships with portfolio companies
