Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the home services industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and track daily material usage reports submitted via app by each install team
- Make daily phone calls to teams that fail to submit or have discrepancies in reports
- Maintain accurate logs and follow up consistently
- Communicate with management about trends, issues, and red flags
- Train new team leads on reporting expectations
- Provide regular summaries of usage patterns and anomalies
