Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the home services industry is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and track daily material usage reports submitted via app by each install team
• Make daily phone calls to teams that fail to submit or have discrepancies in reports
• Maintain accurate logs and follow up consistently
• Communicate with management about trends, issues, and red flags
• Train new team leads on reporting expectations
• Provide regular summaries of usage patterns and anomalies
