Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year inside sales experience — Real Estate ISA experience strongly preferred (Keller Williams, eXp, Tom Ferry / Mike Ferry coached, etc.)
• Comfort with real estate vocabulary (listings, commissions, closings, brokerages)
• Self-direction within East Coast business hours
• Your own laptop, smartphone, reliable internet, and a quiet calling environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 60–100 outbound dials per shift to curated lists we provide
• Have real conversations with real estate agents, PMs, and home services pros
• Follow up after meetings and keep relationships warm
• Log every call and outcome in HubSpot
