Senior Pricing Strategist

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years as a pricing strategist or analyst specifically on an B2B infrastructure product
• Experience building pricing models for internal services based on consumer research, competitive analysis, and proven pricing principles
• Knowledgeable about the cloud compute and storage market
• Bonus points: Held a similar role at a cloud services provider
• More bonus points: Passionate about the games industry and infrastructure for building modern games

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define pricing strategy for internal services used across the PlayStation organization
• Lead market analysis efforts to intimately understand the pricing structures of comparable offerings
• Build pricing best practices based on new and existing pricing methodologies that can help guide our processes on internal chargebacks
• Conduct pricing research to establish price tolerance, willingness to pay, and value positioning
• Continually analyze our pricing based on usage and market changes
