Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English required (written and spoken — this will be assessed)
  • Exceptional organizational skills (most important requirement)
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Strong written communication — clear, professional, structured
  • High level of reliability and consistency
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain organization over time
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and track all inbound leads in a structured and organized manner
  • Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective students over time via telephone, email and Whatsapp
  • Respond promptly and professionally via email and messaging platforms
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications
  • Ensure no leads are missed or left without follow-up
  • Guide prospective students through early-stage program questions
  • Work within a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
