RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to inbound inquiries from web-based lead sources
Qualify and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Build rapport with prospective residents and families
Schedule tours and appointments for communities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams
Accurately track and manage leads in company systems
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
