Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous administrative experience required; exposure to HR functions is a plus but not necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • AI-forward mindset with comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline administrative work
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating effectively with remote team members across time zones and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
  • Comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day tasks with support from the HR Director
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new processes and systems
  • Strong time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Director
  • Assist with document management, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and administrative coordination, including preparing paperwork and scheduling
  • Help schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions
  • Respond to general employee inquiries and route questions as appropriate
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents as needed
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
