Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes and employment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Preferred

  • Experience in corporate recruitment or recruitment agency environment
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire
