Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations or HR business partnering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools is preferred.
Preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in HR or people management roles.
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, or organizational development.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with department heads and leadership teams to support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture programs.
- Manage performance review and performance improvement processes.
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide HR insights to management.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in organizational restructuring and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams on salary planning and employee rewards.
