Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer, ideally within the game development industry
- Experience sourcing talent across various disciplines and seniority levels in global markets
- Strong communication skills and high EQ to build meaningful candidate relationships
- A data-driven approach with the ability to use tools to measure success and refine strategies
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple active roles
Preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience using AI tools to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
- Experience working in a fully remote setting across different time zones
- Experience sourcing candidates through Chinese hiring platforms such as BOSS or WeChat
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own early-stage candidate engagement by sourcing top global talent across sales, marketing, and game development
- Coordinate with recruiters to align on role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively research and engage top-tier candidates through creative, personalized outreach
- Conduct prescreen interviews to assess technical skills and culture add, providing thoughtful feedback
- Represent the Yodo1 brand and values as a global ambassador to all potential candidates
- Track and utilize data to improve hiring standards and provide regular sourcing reports
- Experiment with new ideas to improve the hiring process and candidate experience, including market mapping
