Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer, ideally within the game development industry
  • Experience sourcing talent across various disciplines and seniority levels in global markets
  • Strong communication skills and high EQ to build meaningful candidate relationships
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to use tools to measure success and refine strategies
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple active roles

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience using AI tools to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
  • Experience working in a fully remote setting across different time zones
  • Experience sourcing candidates through Chinese hiring platforms such as BOSS or WeChat

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own early-stage candidate engagement by sourcing top global talent across sales, marketing, and game development
  • Coordinate with recruiters to align on role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Proactively research and engage top-tier candidates through creative, personalized outreach
  • Conduct prescreen interviews to assess technical skills and culture add, providing thoughtful feedback
  • Represent the Yodo1 brand and values as a global ambassador to all potential candidates
  • Track and utilize data to improve hiring standards and provide regular sourcing reports
  • Experiment with new ideas to improve the hiring process and candidate experience, including market mapping
