REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM or sales functions
• Proven track record of running searches independently with minimal oversight
• Established personal sourcing network and tools
• Experience operating as an independent recruiter or consultant
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms

Preferred

• SaaS or high-growth tech recruiting experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and deliver qualified candidate slates for in-scope GTM requisitions
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage
• Coordinate directly with hiring managers on role requirements and feedback
• Provide periodic progress updates against agreed milestones
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Proactively flag material risks or delays in the hiring process
