  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills necessary for daily tasks.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies enhances success in this role.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, analysis skills, and handling cash or financial transactions is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all inbound calls and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and solutions to clients and customers.
  • Assist with customer support issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining precise records of interactions, transactions, and client details.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document conversations, generate reports, and update client information systematically.
  • Engage in outbound calling when necessary to follow up on inquiries or provide additional support to clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Support client services by understanding their needs, offering bilingual assistance when applicable, and ensuring a seamless experience.
