REQUIREMENTS
- Previous call center experience or roles involving outbound or inbound calling is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a significant plus.
- Experience in customer service or client support roles that require active listening and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills necessary for daily tasks.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies enhances success in this role.
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, analysis skills, and handling cash or financial transactions is advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all inbound calls and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and solutions to clients and customers.
- Assist with customer support issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining precise records of interactions, transactions, and client details.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document conversations, generate reports, and update client information systematically.
- Engage in outbound calling when necessary to follow up on inquiries or provide additional support to clients.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Support client services by understanding their needs, offering bilingual assistance when applicable, and ensuring a seamless experience.
