REQUIREMENTS

• Top-Tier Editing Skills: You are a highly talented video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, seamless, and engaging video content.
• Marketing Intuition: You understand the “why” behind the video. You know how to edit for a target audience and understand basic marketing psychology.
• High AI Proficiency: You are highly skilled in using modern AI tools for video editing, audio enhancement, generating b-roll, or color grading.
• YouTube Expertise: You have a proven track record of owning, managing, or significantly growing YouTube channels. You understand what makes a viewer click and keep watching.
• Independent & Reliable: As a remote freelancer, you don’t need hand-holding. You are highly communicative, meet deadlines, and can take raw files and a general concept and return with a masterpiece.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transform Raw Footage: Use large library of raw, unedited marketing videos and craft them into polished, high-performing YouTube content.
• Tell a Marketing Story: Understand the story of SleePare, apply our core marketing concepts to your edits, ensuring the final videos aren’t just beautiful to look at, but also drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Leverage AI: Utilize the latest AI video and audio tools to streamline your workflow, enhance video quality, and create dynamic visual hooks.
• Manage Content: Apply your deep knowledge of the YouTube platform to help shape our content strategy, keeping pacing, retention rates, and audience engagement top of mind.
