REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in operations or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure every ‘Schedule a Visit’ request is actioned within 10 minutes without exception.
- Reduce no-shows through proactive and effective confirmation systems.
- Structure and group visits intelligently for on-site Sales Executives.
- Initiate high-energy ‘Hype and Schedule’ interactions after lead qualification.
- Own and optimize shared calendars across customers and Sales Executives.
- Share a clear ‘Visit Packet’ with location details and on-site contact information.
- Conduct a mandatory confirmation touchpoint two hours before the visit.
