Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; previous experience in logistics administration, fleet management, or asset compliance is preferred.
  • Proven track record in tracking asset schedules, high-volume alphanumeric data entry, or clerical office operations.
  • Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
  • Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Asset Management: Track commercial applicator equipment titles, monitor regional vehicle registration cycles, and route DOT-related inquiries to the correct operations manager.
  • Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic inspection workflows, track equipment maintenance logs, and organize secure cloud file structures for asset warranties across our network database.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate fleet records, enter seasonal vehicle deployment data, and scan equipment safety certifications directly into our central database system. [1]
  • Communication Integration: Monitor the central operations inbox, distribute compliance renewal notices, and draft professional regulatory correspondence for our regional management group.
  • Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility management and dispatch personnel to guarantee cohesive logistics support and strict DOT documentation compliance.
