REQUIREMENTS

• The Basics: Experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer service. Knowledge of the painting or home construction industry is a plus!
• Remote Ready: You must have a reliable computer, phone, and internet connection to manage your daily tasks.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using social media, basic office tools, and responding quickly to emails or online quote requests.
• Bonus Points: Being bilingual is a huge plus to help us communicate with a broader range of local clients!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital Marketing & Outreach: You will reach out to local property managers, homeowners, and businesses online or by phone to introduce our services and build relationships.
• Showcase Our Work: You will use “before and after” photos provided by our field crews to update and share on our website and social media.
• Online Presence: You will update our local online listings, manage customer reviews, and ensure our services are easy to find online.
• Estimates & Lead Tracking: You will follow up quickly with incoming leads, coordinate estimate requests, and manage our digital marketing campaigns.
