Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken Arabic (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
  • Previous experience supporting VVIPs, HNWIs, senior executives, family offices, or private offices is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support business needs as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Draft, review, translate, and manage correspondence in both Arabic and English.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements.
  • Liaise with high-profile stakeholders, clients, partners, and government entities when required.
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, communications, and correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges.
