REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
  • Proven administrative or executive assistant experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools.
  • Familiar with AI tools, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Organized, resourceful, and confident under pressure.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams.
  • Experience in nonprofit management, grant writing, or advocacy strongly preferred.
  • Background in communications, PR, or media is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee administrative operations for TMG Foundation (U.S. & Nigeria) and RHON projects.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and outreach campaigns.
  • Communicate confidently with donors, sponsors, media, and government officials.
  • Research, write, and submit U.S.-based and international grant proposals; track and manage deadlines.
  • Support public relations initiatives — liaising with media outlets, radio, and television.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to amplify the mission and engage supporters.
  • Create professional presentations, reports, and donor materials.
  • Maintain organized digital systems using Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and Asana.
  • Assist with light graphics, flyers, and social media reels.
  • Perform research and compile data to support policy and advocacy efforts.
  • Travel and drive to events or partner sites (a plus).
