Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Excellent telephone skills
- Highly professional and dependable
- Previous experience working in a home health agency at any capacity
- Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Previous customer service or administrative experience required; health care and/or home care experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functions as primary support for daily EVV monitoring
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to agency policies and state regulations with EVV
- Identify gaps and re-educate staff as needed
- Assist with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
- Communicate with staff and clients as needed
- Maintain organized compliance records and reports
