REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous call center experience or customer service background is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and call center operations is advantageous
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience in sales or client services roles will help you excel in this position

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring positive client experiences
  • Assist with outbound calling campaigns to engage potential clients and follow up on leads or inquiries
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately, including updating client records, logging interactions, and maintaining database integrity
  • Support sales efforts by communicating product or service information clearly and professionally to clients
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions with customers and team members
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document activities, generate reports, and organize information effectively
