REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Identify process improvements and support implementation efforts
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs
