RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct on-site visits to college campuses to understand their operational needs.
• Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements.
• Assist in analyzing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support the configuration, testing, and rollout of solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated.
• Provide training and post-implementation support as needed.
