REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on experience working inside Shopify
• Comfortable building complete product listings
• Able to work within an existing theme/template (not redesigning it)
• Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
• Familiarity with inventory and order systems
• Strong attention to detail and QA habits
• Comfortable executing instructions rather than setting strategy
• Clear written communication

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build complete product listings in Shopify from provided specs
• Set up variants, SKUs, pricing, and metadata accurately
• Upload and organize product images and assets
• Maintain collections, tags, and catalog structure
• Monitor and maintain Shopify apps and integrations
• Keep inventory accurate across systems
• Monitor Shopify sync to and from ShipStation
• Pull inventory and order reports, ensure inventory numbers are correct across systems
• QA all your own work
• Provide clear status updates and flag issues early
