REQUIREMENTS
- Strong ability to review and organize large data sets with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.
- Familiarity with database tools such as Microsoft Access or SQL is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working behind the scenes in a collaborative, internal team environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues within the migration process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with new customers to gather requirements for a successful CRM transfer
- Clean, format, and structure data using Microsoft Excel and other data tools to ensure readiness for import into Wealthbox CRM.
- Track the status of data imports, ensuring any issues are flagged and resolved ahead of scheduled migrations.
- Maintain detailed records of data sets, processes, and migration status to support team coordination and future audits.
- Provide internal support for the migration team, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed on time.
- Work closely with the migration and support teams to identify potential data issues before migration begins and help facilitate data corrections.
