REQUIREMENTS
Background in customer-facing roles is highly preferred
Some sales experience is a plus, but not required
Highly motivated by income and growth opportunities
Strong work ethic and desire to improve daily
Coachable and open to feedback
Comfortable handling rejection and staying persistent

RESPONSIBILITIES
Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
Schedule 1–2 qualified appointments per day for the sales team
Work through aged leads generated from marketing campaigns, with a fast-track to transition to hot leads
Handle rejection professionally
Accurately track activity and performance metrics
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance
